We are looking for an experienced Food Technologist cum Lab Chemist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the spices and seasonings industry with strong knowledge of product development, quality testing, taste enhancement, and spice blend formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality testing and analysis of spices, seasonings, and raw materials.
- Develop new spice blends, seasonings, and innovative food products.
- Perform laboratory testing and maintain quality standards.
- Plan and execute daily quality improvement and taste enhancement activities.
- Ensure product consistency, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with production and quality teams for product optimization.
- Maintain R&D records, test reports, and product specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Experience in spice manufacturing, seasoning development, or food processing industry.
- Strong understanding of food quality standards, laboratory practices, and product development.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Spice blend formulation and seasoning development.
- Sensory evaluation and taste profiling.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and quality control procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
