Key Requirements:
- Prior sales experience in BPO or telecalling is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Language Requirement:
- English and Hindi – Mandatory
- Any two South Indian languages preferred (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
Preferred Candidate:
- Confident in handling customer conversations
- Passionate about sales and achieving targets
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience
