Position Title: Executive - Capital Markets (No of Position: 2)
Department: Capital Market (Fund raising)
Reporting to: Capital Market - Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for lenders and internal use
2. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in systems and databases.
3. Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
4. Coordinate and manage data requests during the due diligence process for new or existing lenders.
5. Share periodic reports, borrower performance data, collection reports, and portfolio MIS with lenders as per their requirements
6. Track lender covenants and ensure all agreed deliverables are provided within timelines. ( Track deadlines for compliance submissions and renewals.)
7. Maintain lender dashboards and trackers for ongoing monitoring of requests, submissions, and responses.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, Technology) to gather accurate information for lender reporting.
9. Assist in preparation of investor/lender pitch decks and portfolio presentations as required.
10. Maintain proper backup of records and documents.
11. Assist in the preparation, verification, and execution of fundraising-related documents, including lenders agreements, receipts, compliance forms, and supporting records.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA/PGDM in Finance is preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Lender Relations, or Treasury functions in an NBFC or financial institution.
- Exposure to wholesale funding, securitization, co-lending, or direct assignment is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of retail lending portfolios.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and respond to time-sensitive queries.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in NBFC sector
- Experience handling lender covenants and audit data requests
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
