Nous is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Lead/Architect to design and drive strategic implementations across the ServiceNow ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape platform architecture, governance, integration, and experience for enterprise-scale solutions.
Architectural Design & Strategy

Develop, maintain and enhance the overall ServiceNow architecture, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.

Lead architectural reviews to ensure solutions are optimized, secure and scalable.

Provide architectural guidance on implementations of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, Facilities Management, Portals, Workspaces and other Integrations.
Platform Governance & Best Practices

Establish and enforce governance processes, coding standards and best practices across the platform.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and usability.
Module Expertise & Implementation
-
Hands-on in designing and implementation of ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping processes, including CMDB Optimization Projects and Asset Management Projects.

Oversee ITSM process enhancements like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Oversee HRSD and Facilities Management configurations and customizations to enhance user experience and process efficiency.

Develop and manage ServiceNow Portals and Workspaces, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient interface.
Integration & Automation

Design and implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, MID Server and other integration tools as required.

Drive automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Custom Scripts.
Agile & Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions in an agile environment.

Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, solution designs and technical specifications as needed.

Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Experience
-
8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including architecture, design, and development.

Proven experience in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping, HRSD, Facilities Management, Portals, Workspaces and Complex Integrations.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and MID Server.

Deep understanding of CMDB architecture and CSDM framework.

Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Performance Analytics.

Strong expertise in Portal and Workspace customization using AngularJS and ServiceNow UI Framework.
