We're Hiring | Back Office & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Back Office & Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about online marketing and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and marketing content
- Handle online branding, promotions, and audience engagement
- Conduct internet research to identify new business opportunities, leads, and market trends
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and online advertisements
- Coordinate with designers/content creators for marketing materials
- Manage website updates, online listings, and business profiles
- Perform data entry, maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Support back-office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva (preferred), and basic digital tools
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
