Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining our products and services, and generating leads for the sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain Honda two-wheeler products, offers, and services
- Generate leads and schedule showroom visits
- Follow up with customers for sales and service reminders
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any degree
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
