Job Summary:
The Budgeting Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and controlling project budgets, ensuring effective cost management and financial efficiency across real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize project budgets, cost estimates, and BOQs based on design drawings and specifications
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and track variances
- Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting for multiple projects
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for accurate cost inputs
- Evaluate contractor quotations, conduct rate analysis, and support tendering process
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering initiatives
- Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and cash flow projections for management review
- Ensure cost control measures are implemented at site level
- Support contract management, billing verification, and cost reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and project timelines
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in construction budgeting, costing, and financial planning
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and project management tools
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tendering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential real estate projects
- Hands-on experience managing project budgets and cost control for multiple sites
Pay: ₹115,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
