About the Role:
Chaileela is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, grow our online community, and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars, reels, posts, and campaigns.
- Coordinate content shoots, agencies and work with designers/video editors.
- Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement.
- Track trends, analyze performance, and generate growth ideas.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of social media or digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and content trends.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar creative tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
