Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven professionals for the role of JEE/NEET Counselor. This is primarily a sales and business development role focused on counselling students and parents, driving admissions, and achieving enrollment targets for JEE/NEET preparation programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding JEE/NEET courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, leads, and admission enquiries.
- Drive student enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective sales and follow-up strategies.
- Conduct tele-counselling sessions and provide detailed course guidance.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve conversion ratios.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead data and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for lead management and conversions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students to maximize admissions.
- Participate in admission drives, campaigns, and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience in Admission Counseling / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, JEE/NEET coaching, or education industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
