We are looking for a skilled SQL Server Developer to join our growing technology team in Gurugram. You will work closely with developers and business teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performing database systems while contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
- Design efficient database schemas, indexes, and data models.
- Monitor and improve database performance through query optimization and tuning.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform database backup, recovery, maintenance, and migration activities.
- Ensure database security, integrity, and high availability.
- Collaborate with application developers to design efficient database solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and database standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong SQL programming skills.
- Experience developing Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Triggers.
- Hands-on experience with query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and indexing.
- Experience with database backup, restore, and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Exposure to Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or cloud database environments.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and database migration.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with APIs or application integration.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft SQL Server certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
