What This Role Is About
- This is not a typical “content manager” role. You’re not here to schedule posts or manage a calendar. You’re here to build a system where content drives growth at scale.
- Think: Content → Signups → More creators → More content → More growth
- And your job is to make this loop work, and then make it unstoppable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build a Network of Creators
- Find and onboard Content Creation Engineers (CCEs)
- Identify people who can create engaging, high-performing content
- Help them understand what works and how to improve
- Turn Content into Growth
- Ensure content is not just “good” but actually drives signups
- Optimize referral links, hooks, and distribution
- Track performance and double down on what works
- Own Content Strategy
- Decide what platforms to focus on (Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experiment with formats, ideas, and messaging
- Continuously test, learn, and improve
- Use AI to Move Faster
- Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, and optimization
- Increase output without sacrificing quality
- Build systems, not just one-off content
- Make the System Engaging
- Help shape content formats and creator experience
- Make the process exciting enough that people want to participate
- Keep improving how the system works overall

Compensation
- Base: $500/month
- Performance-based incentives:
- $25 per Content Creation Engineer you bring in (after performance milestone)
- Additional earnings based on signups generated
- This is a high-upside role. The more impact you create, the more you earn.
