Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Draft emails, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and follow-ups
- Screen calls and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive
3. Meeting & Travel Management
- Organize meetings, including logistics, minutes, and action tracking
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and expense reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups on key decisions and deliverables
4. Project & Task Management
- Assist in tracking key projects and deadlines
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making
- Support execution of strategic initiatives
5. Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
- Manage vendor coordination and office-related tasks
- Handle expense tracking and reimbursements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting senior management / CXO level preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
