Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through various online and offline channels.
- Generate qualified leads using data mining, prospecting, and sourcing techniques.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other digital tools to identify decision-makers.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
- Manage and track leads through CRM software.
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct email outreach and follow-up activities when required.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English comprehension and business communication abilities.
- Knowledge of data mining and lead generation techniques.
- Experience with LinkedIn for prospect sourcing and networking.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online research methods.
- Ability to analyze and organize large datasets efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
