Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall vendor management function, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring across all vendors.
- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely execution of agreements, SLAs, indemnity clauses, and KYC documentation.
- Develop and implement vendor evaluation frameworks to assess quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and service delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLA adherence, audit reports, feedback, and corrective action plans.
- Resolve critical vendor and club escalations while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance across all vendor engagements.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other departments for seamlessvendor lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and vendor consolidationto enhance operational efficiency.
- Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor performance dashboards, compliance reports,and management summaries.
- Lead vendor review meetings, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement performance enhancement plans where required.
- Support new club launches, expansion projects, and cross-functional initiatives by ensuringtimely vendor onboarding and readiness.
- Mentor and guide the Vendor Relations team to ensure consistent execution of processes andachievement of departmental objectives.
