Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hardware Engineer with expertise in chip-level servicing and motherboard repair. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops, desktops, and IT hardware components. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, motherboards, and other IT hardware devices at the chip level.
* Perform component-level troubleshooting and replacement of faulty ICs, capacitors, resistors, and other electronic components.
* Handle soldering, desoldering, and rework of circuit boards.
* Identify hardware issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
* Maintain service records and repair reports.
* Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and technical issues.
* Ensure timely completion of repair work while maintaining quality standards.
* Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
* Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements:
* ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Hardware Engineering, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
* Knowledge of chip-level servicing and motherboard repair.
* Experience in repairing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and all IT products.
* Familiarity with soldering equipment, multimeters, diagnostic tools, and hardware testing equipment.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
