Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Management Intern to assist in managing client projects, coordinating between teams, and improving internal processes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how digital agencies function, manage delivery operations, and build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end customer project delivery and coordination.
- Communicate with clients to track progress, gather feedback, and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal design, content, and tech teams for smooth execution.
- Support hiring processes, onboarding, and creation of SOPs for recruitment and operations.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
- Help streamline workflow and improve team efficiency through structured process setup.
- Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support leadership in various strategic and administrative activities as needed.
