Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in robotic process automation, software development, and intelligent automation technologies, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks, components, and libraries.
- Participate in the complete RPA lifecycle including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with client IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams during solution implementation.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Process Design Documents (PDD)
- Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Test Cases
- Deployment and Support Guides
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production rollout, hypercare, and bot maintenance activities.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior RPA developers.
- Contribute to RPA governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management and release management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

- UiPath Certified Professional
- Automation Anywhere Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or higher)
