Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is creative, proactive, and willing to learn. This is an onsite role where you’ll work closely with the team on real client projects and marketing campaigns.
We want someone who doesn’t just “follow instructions” but can also think, suggest ideas, and improve concepts, while still being flexible to align with the company’s vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Design social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing visuals
- Create brochures, branding materials, and campaign designs
- Support ongoing digital marketing campaigns with fresh creatives
- Bring in new ideas for content and visual storytelling
- Make revisions quickly based on feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong creativity and sense of design
- Ability to come up with your own ideas (very important)
- Willingness to take feedback and adapt quickly
- Good work ethic and consistency
Bonus (Not Mandatory):
- Interest in advertising or digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of reels, short-form content, or motion graphics
- Any personal or college projects that show creativity
