About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution while ensuring high-quality design standards and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, presentations, and detailed design proposals.
- Create and review 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring adherence to design standards.
- Resolve design and execution challenges effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in interior designing.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent space planning and detailing skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, and vendor coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Familiarity with current design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
