We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful property sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
- Assist customers with documentation, booking formalities, and the home-buying process.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and channel partner activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
