We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and documentation
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, and payment records
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Assist with GST/TDS-related work and reports
- Maintain proper filing of bills and accounting documents
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / relevant accounting qualification preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with Tally/ERP software preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
