Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Rotational Off
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Executive to manage the purchasing and procurement requirements of our clinic/hospital. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, price negotiation, purchase orders, inventory requirements, and ensuring timely availability of medical and non-medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of medicines, medical/surgical consumables, equipment, and general supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
- Monitor stock requirements and ensure timely purchasing to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, replacements, returns, and pending orders.
- Verify quantity, quality, specifications, and expiry dates of received products.
- Maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Store/Inventory teams for invoice verification and stock management.
- Ensure procurement is carried out within approved budgets and company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any relevant field; B.Com/BBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Good negotiation, vendor-management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement documentation.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of medical and surgical consumables will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Salary: As per experience, skills, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
