Job Title: Telecaller & Social Media Executive
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller & Social Media Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain our products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer information.
- Manage and update company social media accounts.
- Create and post basic content on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Reply to comments and customer messages.
- Help increase social media engagement and reach.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads and social media activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Should be confident, responsible and willing to learn.
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month
