Job Summary
Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Business Analyst with strong technical and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business problems, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and leverage AI tools, data analytics, and modern development platforms to build smart business solutions and prototypes.
This role requires a combination of business analysis, AI tools understanding, data-driven decision making, technical solutioning, and exposure to full-stack application environments.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Solution Discovery
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business problems into practical AI-driven solution concepts
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and solution benchmarking
- Create user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Identify KPIs and measurable business outcomes
AI Tools & Data Analytics
- Work with AI-powered platforms and tools to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze business and operational data to generate insights and recommendations
- Support dashboard creation, reporting, and workflow automation initiatives
- Explore opportunities for AI/LLM integrations and intelligent automation
Technical Solutioning & Integrations
- Understand APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and SaaS integrations
- Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for scalable implementations
- Assist in building prototypes, internal tools, and proof-of-concept applications
- Support integration documentation and technical handovers
Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain technical and functional documentation for solutions
- Prepare deployment notes, process flows, and handover documents
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and technical teams
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Technical Solutioning
- Strong understanding of AI tools, workflow automation, and modern SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JWT, and system integrations
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Exposure to data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboarding
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Replit, Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, or similar AI-native platforms
- Exposure to OpenAI, Claude APIs, embeddings, or AI integrations
- Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, Python, or Azure ecosystem
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital product environments
