Jaya Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the organization’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance. . Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, and experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interviewing, hiring)
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure legal compliance
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture
- Manage performance appraisal systems and career development plans
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory
- Experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
