Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Voice Process Associate to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Follow company guidelines and communication scripts when required
- Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

- Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma / Graduate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a BPO / call center / customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling systems
