Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer specializing in fabrication drawings to join our dynamic team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the construction, interior design, or fenestration industries and be well-versed in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed fabrication drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize AutoCAD and basic SolidWorks to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
- Prepare documentation and reports pertaining to design processes.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to convey design concepts and updates.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD and basic SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of fabrication drawing concepts and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be domiciled in Panchkula or nearby locations.
Desired Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in the construction, interior design, or fenestration industry.
- Although candidates from other industries may apply, they must have strong expertise in the required software.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, based on experience and qualifications.
