Business Development Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹5,000/month (minimum) + Commission on Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Meet and pitch products/services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers can apply; prior sales experience preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone usage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field job)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000/month (minimum guaranteed)
- Commission: Attractive incentive/commission on every sale closed (percentage-based, typically 2–10% depending on product/target achieved)
- Total Earning Potential: Fixed + Commission (uncapped, based on performance)
