Some brands need stronger positioning, better storytelling, and a digital presence that builds trust. From content creation and reel production to brand building and social media management, we help businesses create long-term visibility and authority. To maintain absolute quality, we work with only a limited number of brands each year. We are now looking for a dynamic Sales and Client Relationship Specialist to help us onboard the right brands.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients, premium brands, and businesses that need expert social media management and storytelling.
- Outreach & Prospecting: Connect with brand managers, founders, and marketing heads via cold calling, professional emails, and LinkedIn.
- Inside Sales & Closing: Conduct initial pitches, present our stellar portfolio, and close deals entirely over telephonic calls or web conferences (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Account & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, understand their ongoing requirements, and coordinate seamlessly with our internal production team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Tele-sales, or Business Development (Experience in a Digital Marketing agency is a huge plus).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, Instagram Reels, YouTube growth, and social media trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion skills, and professional corporate email writing etiquette.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and conducting professional video calls.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by high-earning incentive structures.
