· Responsible for addressing IT related issues across all applications (HMIS, EMR, ERP, CRM, HR etc.)
· Responsible for providing onboard end user training.
· Responsible for monitoring and managing link uptimes.
· Responsible for addressing issues with end devices like Printers, Scanners, Desktops etc.
· Responsible for logging and tracking complaints with OEMs and software vendors through closure.
· Responsible for creating tickets for end users, monitoring, and closure.
· Responsible for reporting IT incidents and escalating to corporate team.
· Responsible for firewall management as per company guidelines.
· Responsible for creating user IDs, user training and email ID creation.
· Responsible for setting up VC Calls and related training.
· Identifies hospital IT requirements by establishing personal rapport with all the concerned across the hospital to understand IT service requirements.
· Responsible for collecting data by identifying sources of information; designing survey and collection methods.
· Responsible for organizing information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
· Responsible for resolving retrieval problems by altering design to meet requirements.
· Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Responsible for preparing references for users by writing operating instructions.
· Responsible for generating MIS to the management.
· Responsible for confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Establishes and revises database by conferring with analysts and programmers to code and retrieve data.
· Responsible for setup, management, and maintenance of IT-related equipment. (Asset management - software & hardware).
· Responsible for monitoring backup jobs and ensuring a high level of completion success rate.
· Responsible for helping put processes in place to maintain a stable network environment.
· Assist the Corporate IT team with projects to enhance and maintain the technological infrastructure of the hospital.
· Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems.
· Provide input and recommendations to the organization surrounding hardware and software technologies and how these technologies can assist the business in being especially proactive with new technologies.
· Develop and monitor performance levels of software and hardware and evaluate, recommend, and propose alternative methods of information processing.
· Develop and maintain information architectures (data, application, network) ensuring the system is on-line daily.
· Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of operations processes.
· Responsible for all ITGC audit related control and documentation.
· Responsible for unit IT change management documentation and approval.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
