Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and explain insurance products
- Communicate with customers confidently and professionally
- Support customers by answering their queries
- Use simple selling and convincing skills while talking to customers
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily communication and sales targets
