Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and productivity across two office locations. The role also includes handling employee grievances, reducing attrition, boosting employee morale, and supervising the Junior HR Executive at the second office location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for senior and key positions
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations
- Oversee HR operations, attendance, leave, and compliance
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
- Organize employee training and development activities
- Support employee productivity and performance management
- Plan employee engagement and morale-boosting initiatives
- Monitor attrition and implement retention strategies
- Supervise and guide Junior HR Executive at second location
- Submit weekly and monthly HR reports to management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
