We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive responsible for on-ground customer acquisition, lead generation, and operational support for financial products including loans, insurance, and banking services. The role requires strong field presence and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and local networking
· Promote and explain financial products to prospective customers
· Collect, verify, and submit customer documentation for loan processing
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
· Maintain accurate daily activity reports and sales updates
· Build and maintain strong relationships within the local market
Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
· Willingness to travel within assigned territory
· Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Experience Required
· Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in field sales or operations
