Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Work Mode: In-Office
About the Role
Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a 1+ year creative, analytical, and result-driven Social Media Executive who can build brand awareness, create engaging content strategies, and drive meaningful audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Content Planning
- Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across platforms.
- Research audience behavior, competitors, industry trends, hashtags, and keywords.
- Create engaging captions, social media copy, and content ideas.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, ideation, optimization, and research.
Platform Management & Engagement
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends and platform updates.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Creative Collaboration
- Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams for content execution.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and provide constructive feedback on creatives.
- Suggest innovative content formats, campaigns, and engagement activities.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Clicks
- Followers Growth
- Conversions
- Generate monthly performance reports and optimization recommendations.
- Use insights to improve content strategy and campaign performance.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
1+ year of Social Media Management experience
Strong social media copywriting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Audience, competitor, and trend research expertise
Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate insights
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience with Reels and Short-Form Video Content
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools
Experience Requirements
