Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Monitor and execute daily financial transactions, settlements, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Process Execution: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, KYC verification, and product activation.
- Issue Resolution: Handle merchant or customer escalations and resolve transaction failures or payment delays.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with product, tech, and compliance teams to flag system bugs or policy bottlenecks.
- Data Reporting: Track daily performance metrics, compile operational logs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all activities adhere to local financial laws, data privacy rules, and risk management frameworks.
