We are hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Marketing function by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role involves partnering with marketing leaders on talent management, hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing teams on HR strategy and workforce planning
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance management and career development
- Handle employee relations and HR advisory support
- Drive learning & development and retention programs
- Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions
Requirements
- MBA/MSW in HR or related field
- 5+ years of HRBP/generalist experience
- Experience supporting sales/marketing/business teams preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Exposure to fast-paced corporate environments
- Strong business partnering and organizational development skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
