Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle audits and reconciliations
- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST & TDS
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
2. Facility Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance
- Manage electrical systems, lifts, DG sets, pumps, HVAC, and other utilities
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure safety, compliance, and vendor management
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility staff
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of electrical and building systems
- Experience in facility/property management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
3. Back Office Executive
Experience: 2+ Years Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Collect and maintain customer data.
- Prepare reports and update records on a daily basis.
- Filing, documentation, and office administration work.
- Manage emails, enquiries and other correspondence.
- Perform computer-based office work using MS Excel, Word, and other applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
