HR Recruitment Intern
Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (based on skills and communication)
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern who is interested in building practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in recruitment, HR internships, or talent acquisition will be preferred.
