Position: Site Engineer
Role Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment utilization at the site.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and project documents.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in construction site supervision and project execution.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
