About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and industries in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen and evaluate technical candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates quickly.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess technical skills, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation rates and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting targets.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, SAP, Oracle, and ERP.
- Knowledge of Visa Types (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, TN, OPT, CPT).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of successful placements.

- Revenue generated through placements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
