Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to handle financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial analysis, along with the ability to prepare accurate reports and projections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
- Prepare and maintain financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Develop financial projections and forecasting reports
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure proper bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
- Coordinate with auditors for audit and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
