About GrinXO - GrinXO is a Birthday Planning Platform that helps parents plan and book memorable birthday celebrations through WhatsApp and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries received via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, guest count, and preferred dates.
- Suggest suitable venues and party packages.
- Coordinate with partner venues to check availability and pricing.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Guide customers throughout the booking process and ensure a smooth experience.
- Follow up with customers to close pending leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Customer Support, or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
