We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Secretary to provide administrative and support to senior executives or management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and office functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive's professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, messages) with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other confidential documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment as necessary.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle personal errands or tasks as requested by the executive.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
