- Reservation Management: Handling, amending, and cancelling reservations via phone, email, and travel portals.
- Customer Service: Answering inquiries regarding property facilities, special rates, and policies.
- Sales & Revenue: Identifying guest needs to upsell rooms, packages, and special services to maximize revenue.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately entering booking details and payment information into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Reporting: Maintaining reservation records, reports, and daily pick-up data.
