We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Service Associates to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to ensure a memorable dining experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution.
- Handle guest queries and resolve basic complaints politely.
- Set up tables and prepare service stations before operations.
- Follow hotel/restaurant SOPs and safety standards.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.
- Assist in banquet or event service whenever required.
- Support team members during busy operational hours.

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Hotel Management preferred/ BHM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
