Job Description - Lawyer (BPO and Services)
We are looking for a Lawyer with 5 to 8 years of experience in the BPO or service industry. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing agreements, and supporting commercial and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and standardize clear and concise legal documents

Track changes, summarize, and consolidate Word documents

Organize and manage legal documentation and agreements efficiently

Support commercial constructs related to BPO pricing

Ensure alignment with IT, data, and compliance standards

Work closely with North American stakeholders and operate in EST hours

Use DocuSign and similar documentation tools effectively
Key Requirements

Strong written communication and documentation skills

Good analytical ability and attention to detail

Experience working with North American customers

Familiarity with DocuSign or related platforms
