Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Puducherry. This role involves field sales, client visits, and providing technical solutions to customers. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and willing to travel locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell company products/services to clients
- Visit client sites and understand their technical requirements
- Provide suitable solutions and product recommendations
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or Industrial Equipment related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales engineer, sales or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge related to products/services
- Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings
