Position Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – E-Waste

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (E-Waste) who will be responsible for generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships in the e-waste recycling and disposal sector. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for E-Waste collection, recycling, and disposal services
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industries, and organizations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about e-waste solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for closure
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records
- Coordinate with internal teams for collection and service execution
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Business Development / Sales / E-Waste / Recycling industry preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
