Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Sales, Production and Stores to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Track order status, delivery commitments and pending orders.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of customer requirements.
- Maintain sales and order follow-up reports for management.
- Support the sales team with documentation, quotation follow-up and order processing.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and follow-up trackers.
- Highlight delays, pending orders and critical issues to management.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
Candidate Profile:
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Operations Coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp and basic MIS reporting.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Mature, responsible and proactive approach.
