Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Finance MIS reports including:
- Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Balance Sheet
- Product Cost Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Budget vs. Actual Analysis
- Variance Analysis
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual MIS Reports
- Collect, validate, and consolidate financial data from various departments.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Plant, and Business teams for data collection and reconciliation.
- Assist management with ad-hoc reports and financial analysis.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Preference for candidates from a Manufacturing (MFG) background.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Data Cleaning & Validation
- Strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
